Terms and Conditions of Sale

Terms and Conditions of Sale for Rides via the Chauffeur Taxi Booking System for WordPress Plugin

1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) are intended to define the conditions under which Navette Express (hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”) offers its customers (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) the booking of rides through the Chauffeur Taxi Booking System for WordPress plugin developed by QuanticaLabs (hereinafter referred to as “the Plugin”).

2. Bookings

The Customer can book a ride via the Plugin by providing the necessary information such as the pickup address, destination, number of passengers, and the type of vehicle desired. The Provider commits to confirming the booking by email or phone as soon as possible after the booking has been validated.

3. Prices

The Customer can book a ride via the Plugin by providing the necessary information, such as the pickup address, destination, number of passengers, and the type of vehicle desired. The Provider commits to confirming the booking by email or phone as soon as possible after the booking has been validated. However, the Provider reserves the right to refuse a ride if it deems that safety conditions or feasibility requirements are not met, or for any other reason deemed appropriate.

4. Modification and Cancellation

The Customer may modify or cancel their booking via the Plugin up to 24 hours before the scheduled ride departure time. In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show at the agreed pickup location, the Provider reserves the right to charge the full price of the ride. Any modification requested after the 24-hour deadline cannot be guaranteed and may result in additional fees.

5. Liability

The Provider makes every effort to ensure the safety and punctuality of each ride but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (such as traffic jams, accidents, or weather conditions). The Provider also disclaims all liability for any loss or theft of luggage, or for any bodily injury or material damage sustained by the Customer during the ride.

The Customer is responsible for monitoring their personal belongings and ensuring their own safety, as well as the safety of their companions, during the journey.

6. Confidentiality

The Provider undertakes to guarantee the confidentiality of the information provided by the Customer when making a booking through the Plugin. The data collected will only be used for processing bookings and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Customer’s prior consent, in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable regulations (GDPR).

7. Intellectual Property

The Chauffeur Taxi Booking System for WordPress plugin used for booking rides on our site is developed by QuanticaLabs and protected by intellectual property laws. The Provider is not the owner of the Plugin but uses it under license for booking management purposes.

8. Modification of the TCS

The Provider reserves the right to modify these TCS at any time. Any changes will be published on the Provider’s website and will be immediately applicable from the time they are posted. It is the Customer’s responsibility to regularly review the TCS to be informed of any potential updates.

9. Acceptance of the TCS

By booking a ride via the Plugin, the Customer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale and agrees to comply with them.
